About Nadia Ayyoub
Nadia is a mission-oriented civil engineer with 31 years of experience in the construction industry. She has proven skills in project and program management, and excels in training, motivating, and leading diverse, multifunctional teams. In 2008, Nadia pioneered the establishment of the Buildings Procurement Department for Musanada, a government entity owned by the Abu Dhabi Government. She managed a portfolio of construction projects that grew from $6 billion to $30 billion over six years. Nadia established and implemented procurement policies and procedures, set up tendering and contractual engagements, and managed vendor relationships. For over 10 years, she headed the Procurement Department of Special Category Contractors in Abu Dhabi, handling budgeting, costing, and planning for various projects. Her extensive portfolio includes infrastructure, stadiums, shopping centers, palaces, residential complexes, factories, schools, hospitals, and multi-storey parking facilities.
