About Elias Ayyoub

Elias is a PMP-certified Construction Manager with over 14 years of experience in the construction industry. He excels in design and construction management, risk management, and cost control of complex projects. Elias has successfully delivered several EPC projects in the Middle East, including district cooling plants, high-rise buildings, and the Presidential Palace Project in Abu Dhabi. His core mission is to translate construction project visions and objectives into reality, delivering tangible results in line with client expectations and industry standards.

Elias has a strong background in project controls, data analysis, and stakeholder management, enabling him to monitor and optimize project performance, quality, and profitability. He is passionate about learning, connecting with people across industries, and has a keen interest in sustainable design and innovation. This is exemplified by his personal project of designing and constructing a modern cold plunge, enhancing his mental resilience and well-being.

Outside of work, Elias has achieved challenging goals such as a 5-day solo kayak circumnavigation of Musandam and independently climbing over 20 technical peaks in the Alps and Hajjar Mountains. These experiences have honed his perseverance, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure. Elias holds a Masters of Engineering in Civil with Construction Management (Honors) from the University of Leeds, UK (2010), and is a Member of the Jordanian Engineers Association.
